I realised the error just after I posted and tried again with the correct line:
Apologies for the earlier erroneous white spaces in the post.

    PS C:\Windows\system32> DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:M:\Sources\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.10586.0

    Image Version: 10.0.10586.0

    [==========================100.0%==========================]

    Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more informat
ion on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
    PS C:\Windows\system32>

    so, still no success

It seems this won't work for me and the sun in setting so best abandon it.

Many thanks to all who helped.

    Try it exactly like this.

    "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:Full Path to install.wim /limitaccess"

    EDIT: Missed a space

    "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:Full Path to install.wim /limitaccess"

The quotes work - but the proper way is

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:"G:\sources\install.wim" /limitaccess

"G:\sources\install.wim" which is the full path to the .wim

Sorry, meant to say within the quotes.

But I will back out of this - because image-health runs all the Proper and needed commands ..
Which was created to prevent an on going discussion as to what, why and how, because it is just easier...

What command can he use involving the "image-health" command with the Tech Bench ISO he downloaded as the source?

Legit question no sarcasm... I don't even know.

Thank you so much! I'm sure you've had to show users this a thousand times. I've actually used this before without even noticing it was you who created it.
