LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. I think this have been giving me bluescreens (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, bugcheck code: 0x0000001a) on 2 computers, when I tried to change page file size. Because memtest found nothing and error checking too, or sfc/dism. And I had never problem with this in my life before. But once you set it, it should be fine. I had no problems, when I was not changing it. So maybe for changing it you have to disable encryption first?

I will test it out, but it seems - that was it! Because it gave me blueescreen each time I tried to change it and now it doesn't!

Also is encryption needed? I read somewhere, that passwords can be saved in page file (without much details). But then I read somewhere that pagefile is protected when computer is running. And I Am not afraid about attack when someone has physical access to computer. I guess I can leave encryption off. Because it is weird, it would be off by default, if it could contain passwords unprotected!

OK how do this properly without any issue.

    1) before you will disable pagefile on C:\
1.1) Setup Pagefile on other disk drive can be even on SSD (but remember do not use full space on SSD - left from 10 to 15% free on SSD)
    1.2) Restart your PC
1.3) Now you can disable Pagefile on C:\
    1.4) Restart your PC again.
    2) Boom all working like should work, without any issue and error.
    end of story.
