It depends on if you want to continue using "File History" or use " Backup and Restore (Windows 7)" instead.

The tutorial below can show you how to change the drive used for File History.

Select Drive for File History in Windows 10

If you want to use " Backup and Restore (Windows 7)" instead, then you can turn off File History, and then set up " Backup and Restore (Windows 7)" with the drive you want.

On the PC I am typing from the Add a Drive is appearing but it just says no usable drives. I have several drives with more than enough space but the only drive that would appear is an encrypted drive. I dismounted that now no drives appear.

I'm thinking going to third party backup program.

Something like Macrium Reflect would be best.

I just installed a 3rd Party backup program. So much easier.

    Thanks to all who tried...

I think Macrium is withdrawing its free program pretty soon.
