The full path from the 3rd screenshot should be the correct one, but if you don't have the correct files in it, then it won't work.

You didn't enable ESD downloads, did you?
You are correct. I didn't enable ESD download.

I think you don't have some necessaries folders/files, at least I don't see in your screenshots.

    Look at my:-

OK, it's starting on my laptop, and I have a hex folder fill of other folders as well as lots of .cab files, so our are definitely different. Not sure why yours doesn't have all the files that it needs...

Cool. Just FYI, I just recently upgraded too and didn't do disk cleanup or anything. I wonder why I don't see the same files and folder in my Windows.old folder after the upgrade?

Recently upgraded means, how long ago?

    More pertinent questions:

    1. What OS did you upgrade from?
    2. Did you upgrade to a regular WinX build first and then upgrade again to an Insider Preview build?
    3. Did you (just now) upgrade from 15055 to 15058?

That is a hot mess, but I see a lot of .cab files....

And at the end it shows that you only have 4 GB free. Could it be that you were running out of space so it could not save the backup after the upgrade?

    1. I was doing an update/upgrade from 15055 to 15058
    2. It was a regular Insider Preview Build (15055) as I mentioned in #1. I have 2 partitions: Windows 10 (normal update/upgrade cycle; not on the Insider Preview program) and a Insider Preview partition (Fast Ring Insider Preview enabled). I was doing the update/upgrade from 15055-->15058 on the Insider Preview partition.
    3. Yes, I just now upgraded from 15055-->15058 and didn't hit the Disk Cleanup utility.

Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.
