UUP to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 Build Upgrade Files

Place the ZIP file, downloaded from UUP dump in a simple folder near the root of your drive, such as C:\ISO. Unzip it there and run the CMD file from there as Administrator.

Take out the space in the folder name.

What is between UUP and DUMP ?

After downloading the upgrades with W.U. I tried to create the ISO file as I did several times with previous Builds.
I got the following error with Build 18963 and also with 18965.
I had no problem with previous builds, last one that worked was 18956.
The only difference I noticed with W.U. was that they skipped the phase "Getting things ready" just went directly to download and install which completed correctly.
I don't know what the error means and what is changed in the 2 latest insider builds.
Any clue will be appreciated.

uup-converter-wimlib-33 handles the newer Fast Ring 20H1 builds (18963 & 18965) properly.
