Hello Jimbob, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

It sounds like you're getting a false positive and will need to add an exception for the file in Symantec Endpoint Protection to allow it to run.

Excluding a file or a folder from scans

    OR

Excluding known risks from virus and spyware scans on Windows clients

I'm familiar with setting up exceptions. But because this is a corporate machine, there are certain Exclusions that are...excluded. I can't exclude the folder or the app by policy. I can't exclude the file, because it's intercepted and quarantined before I can add the exception. Catch-22.

Silly me. I just copied another .exe there, renamed it, and added it to the exceptions. Now I can run it.

Which is actually a pretty shocking way to bypass the security of an AV, IMO....

It would be better to post this script as a script rather than bundle it as an exe.

It would solve all these problems as anyone who wants to create a ISO could certainly run a bat file.

Feel free to use download link to original script, see Change log at the end of the tutorial (see screenshot):

Anyone having problems creating The ISO of latest build 16273? This is the 3rd time it failed for me with same "blob not found" message.
