Or you can follow Kari's new tutorial for using a VM to make the ISO....
Thanks for this suggestion. Appreciate it.
Unfotunately I don't do VM anymore. I find multi-boot on physical machine easier for me to do. Will keep this in mind for future reference.

I am sure you know this, but for benefit of other readers, it does not really matter if you use another physical drive instead of vm when following the guide except checkpoints are not available to easily roll back to pre-update status but you can always use image backups instead.

I actually prefer to use virtual hard drives for other OSs but it is annoying you cannot upgrade a build version when vhd is on host pc but you can do it on a vm! Sure you can mess around attaching vhd to vm, upgrade, detach vhd etc. but a bit of a hassle.

I have windows 10 build 15063.0 and I can't find any ESD file in the uup upgrade folder Instead I have a folder named ESD in my drive C and it contains the install.esd file in the sources folder.
All attempts to decrypt it ends with an error code...
    I need your help seriously...
    Thanks

    Welcome to TF.

My advice, look at this tutorial again (from the beginning) and follow what it says point by point.

    Cheers!

My point is.... in searching for ext:sd, I don't find anything. it just says no items match your search.
but i find that there is the ESD folder in this directory (i.e C:\ESD) which contain the files and folders which were downloaded when i was upgrading to windows 10. Although the install.esd file is accessible am unable to decrypt(i guess its because my build is 15063)

My humble suggestion is to log in to this web page if you are an insider, and download the latest ISO from there.
Download Windows 10 Insider Preview Advanced
Or if not use the earlier version of this program called ESD to ISO
