    Hi yatznet

are you really after RedStone 4 preview already, as this build is part of the skip ahead releases UUP to ISO might not even work, but if you want to play with build 16353 you are alpha testing not beta.
so be prepared for a lot more problems than the normal RS3 releases.

why not install build 16251 (RS3) from this link if you are an insider.
Download Windows 10 Insider Preview Advanced

See current state of builds at BUILDFEED site

Then wait till after the official release of Fall creators update to start playing with the next step, which will be the RS4 releases.

i got around it :) and the build itself i havent found a problem with yet, it was just the upgrade process that was abit buggy

Hi, I have just installed 16251 from USB, I would like to receive 16281 specifically via UUP and to make an ISO from it to do a clean install

I have set Insider preferences to 'fast' ring and the 'next version of windows', is that correct?

That is correct. But, you need to be aware of some issues MS is having today. You may not get 16281 since the current build is 16288, which they are having problems getting out to the Insiders. This is not normal. You right now may be caught in the middle, and stuck temporarily on 16251. You can see all the comments and posts regarding this issue here:

It's a waiting game right now. You have done nothing incorrect. TC :)

Basically yes, but a new version 16288 has been released, and many of us are having issues getting it due to MS fouling up.

Also, it can take a couple of days to get your first Insider any way.

UUPto ISO continues to work great for me in x64 and 32 bit formats. One time the program detected sections were missing from the download/initial install when I was having comm problems. Sure enough final install failed too. Comm problem was fixed and all was well after that.
