Looks like some UUP files are missing. What is the source of your UUP files? From first image looks like the UUP files might have come from WZOR. If that is the case you need two files from the WZOR site. For instance amd64_en-us.zip 4.57 GB and amd64_multi.zip 3.27 GB. You would extract both these files to the UUPs folder and then run UUP convertor tool.

I think Kari's tutorial is aimed at the files you get when you use Windows Update as the source of the UUP files.
    Thanks for your support:

    I think you're right, I was looking for a 15042 ISO and found this: ** REMOVED **

And from there it was downloaded from here: ** REMOVED **

Honestly I didn't put much attention on the link, I just downloaded and scanned it for virus and tried to create a ISO.

    Thanks

Your screenshots clearly show that you have not a standard UUP upgrade files. This tutorial only applies to and the tool in it only works with standard Windows 10 build upgrade files downloaded using Windows Update in a valid Windows 10 Insider installation.

"Several" (read: two) S's removed, typos fixed

    Thanks for pointing that out.

Anybody else having problems this time doing this? Seems it can't find it's blobs, whatever they are. :)
I'm pretty sure I copied all the files, there were tons of them. Approx. 7.5 GB worth. Ran the procedure, and when it failed, re-copied all the files and tried again. All before RESTART.

I'm starting upgrades first now, having been offline almost 12 hours. I'll check and test this, will post if / when I find something.

We already had one build in which this didn't work due Windows Update downloading too much. Judging by Dick's 7.5 GB it seems this upgrade is a bit faulty, too, the UUP folder should be around 3 GB.

    Note   Note

    PLEASE NOTICE:

Apparently I was wrong saying after last build upgrade (15042) that ESD to ISO method seems to be dead. It is working again, build 15046 upgrade includes a normal install.esd file if UUP has been disabled in registry settings. This time it's UUP to ISO method that does not work; build 15046 upgrade using UUP method is OK and works as it should but UUP to ISO produces an error when writing ISO image.

In case you want an ISO and upgrade is not yet downloaded on your PC, edit the registry to disable UUP as told in this post.

If the upgrade has been downloaded but you have not started the upgrade process yet (not clicked Restart now), you can remove the UUP upgrade files from your PC using Disk Clean-Up, edit registry to disable UUP, restart and let your PC download ESD upgrade instead. Instructions in this post.

In case you have upgraded already and want an ISO image, the only option is to restore previous build, edit registry, remove UUP files as told above and start from scratch letting your previous build to download ESD upgrade.
