UUP to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 Build Upgrade Files

Hey Kari, looks like the issue comes up with using the files from Download folder if you can do it successfully from UUP dump. I have not had a chance to try with uup-converter-wimlib-14 (is that the latest) as I have already cleaned out windows.old on my vm and laptop. When I first seen the post from my friend, I tried clean install in my vm, and got the same result as he did. This was just starting to sound similar to what happened earlier prior to updating UUPtoISO to version 4 when I reported that. Apparently the clean install did work in Build 17639 so I just wanted to let you know what was happening, as I think most just make ISO from the Update files from the Software Distribution folder.

I would have not even known as it is still very early in this Insider cycle, I just confirmed my friends result as he used the same method as I did. Something has changed in Build 17643, so not sure exactly where the problem is. Just know that I got the same result as my friend did. Not many of us use the UUP dump. Here is the link:

I've tried the method in the video (post# 1) and always seem to hit the same problem when I run the UUPDump application. I'm currently running 17133.73 that was clean installed using TairikuOkami's method from another thread. The latest build doesn't seem available using that previous method and so I thought I would try this.

    Any ideas.

Just tried that followed by running the routine again. Same runtime error.

On x64 system, you need to install both x64 & x86 redistributables

    Well...

A big big thanks to Kari for all the tutorials and to Bilal66 for coming up with the reason I encountered the runtime errors. Installing the x86 redistributable worked first time and allowed me to create the ISO (its burning to USB as I type).

    Thanks guys :)

    Tervetuloa (Welcome)

You could use UUP-Dump Miniserver for that.

    1. Download the script package as a zip, then extract the contens to a new folder on C.
    2. Open an elevated Command Prompt (Run as Administrator)
    3. Navigate to the UUPDump folder you just created on C
    4. Run update.cmd
    5. Run run.cmd
    6. Finally select the desired Build, Language, editon and bit-type you desire.

You can also use this tool which also can give you the UUP to ISO converter, all in one package: UUP dump v3.9.2 (Online)

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

I have the build in Upp format but i can not create an iso with All of the editions. This tool only finds Home and Pro ( and Home n, Pro n) and i would like to try out the new win 10 lean edition. The Upp format i have should include all of the editions.
