That is exactly what the instructions says you should do. :)
    Well, not exactly. It says

These files will in some cases be removed when upgrade is done. If you want to make an ISO for future needs, you have to do it before starting the upgrade process itself, after downloading the upgrade files but before clicking Restart now button!
There's a lot of time after downloading until the Restart Now button appears. Before, it would create the ISO any time in between. Not now.

I seems to have worked on 17093. UUP created the ISO, hope I don't need it.

Does anyone know what's going on behind the scenes when UUP2ISO gets stuck and you press E to get it to continue?
I've encountered this in a number of situations and I don't think I've had any issues in doing so, but I'd like to know for sure that everything's fine.

That don't work at the moment. Give it a few days to let UUP Dump geeks to do necessary updates first.
Initially some ssh files were missing. I was given some by @Leopava64 and created iso. Iso failed for a clean install acting like a recovery tool but worked ok as an upgrade iso.

I believe the missing files have now been added but no idea if a clean install works now.

I'm creating the ISO for build 17093 with no issues, but upon booting it, the installation goes straight into some bizarre keyboard layout selection screen, and after that you're sent to a screen with the options to Continue, Troubleshoot and Turn off your PC, much like the regular boot menu, except without the "Use a device" option.
Tried both from SoftwareDistribution and UUPDump files.

    Anyone else getting this?

Geeks, it seems that something is missing from build 17093 upgrade files. ISO can be created both from UUP files downloaded with Windows Update and tools like UUP Dump, but the ISO boots to recovery console.

Notice that ISO made with our UUPtoISO tool is totally functional in every other aspect and can be used for clean install.

To clean install, boot from install media made from your ISO and select your keyboard layout. Click See more keyboards layouts (#1 in screenshot) to find yours, Finnish in my case (#2):

Continue booting normally to Command Prompt as told in Option Two in this tutorial: Open Command Prompt at Boot in Windows 10 General Tips Tutorials

Use DISKPART (#1) command LIST VOL (#2) to find out drive letter for your 17093 install media, in my case now it's drive D: (#3). Quit DISKPART with command EXIT (#4), then run Windows setup with command D:\setup.exe (#5) to open Windows Setup (#6), replacing drive letter with your actual one, and finally clean install Windows normally:

Uninformed, but needing help, as 17046 runs well, but consistent Restart (54%) failures Updating to 17063, 17074, 17083, 17093.
Followed above process and have UUD ISO for 17093. If I allow it to complete, will I lose current Program Files purchased programs and be required to reinstall? Sorry, just not aware exactly what ISO will do ...
