It doesn't default to the account used for this PC? I have never used the 2nd account on a PC.
    Sorry if I'm not following.
Where is it asking you to enter the PIN for the 5@outlook.com account?

I am not 100% sure where it's coming from. I originally had it setup in outlook.com as a linked account, but the W10 mail app somehow included it with the main 2@ms.com account. I use outlook 365 there too :-0, but It's coming from .com or the mail app.
I started getting emails saying 'I need to update'. This has happened in the past and it just seemed to sort of fix itself. LIke even though I was getting errors I still got emails and could send. Now I can receive emails in outlook 365, but I can't send, and I cannot link the accounts because of the PIN problem.

    Odd.

I'm not sure why it's wanting a PIN for the 5@outlook.com account if it's not actually an account on the computer.

If you wanted to remove this email address, then check in Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts to see if it's listed there to select and remove.

It is there. I don't want to remove it, I want to be able to send and receive from it.
Then again... I have no idea why it is connected to this PC. AFAIK it's not used for anything related to apps or anything like that.
