Don't agree. A new build does not require an activation key to run. It will run forever, however it will be limited in use. Personalization won't work and there will be a water mark on screen that says it is not activated. Not sure what else. But it will update itself as well.

    1. What exactly are you disagreeing with?

    2. Running Windows 10 without activation violates the End User License Agreement:

"By accepting this agreement or using the software, you agree to all of these terms, and consent to the transmission of certain information during activation and during your use of the software as per the privacy statement described in Section 3. If you do not accept and comply with these terms, you may not use the software or its features.

Authorized Software and Activation. You are authorized to use this software only if you are properly licensed and the software has been properly activated with a genuine product key or by other authorized method. When you connect to the Internet while using the software, the software will automatically contact Microsoft or its affiliate to conduct activation to associate it with a certain device."

    3. When the buyer buys your computer which had a previous digital license for Windows 10 on it - and they reinstall that same edition of Windows 10 on that same computer (IE: Home or Pro), the buyer has no choice regarding whether it activates based upon the old digital license stored on activation servers or not. It will just automatically activate when it connects to the internet. There is no pop-up window that comes up asking "Do you want to activate Windows or not?" It just automatically retrieves the digital license and activates. The only nag screen that will come up is if there is no pre-existing digital license found - and Microsoft has provided no method for you to remove the digital license for Windows 10 for that computer from their activation servers.

I don't sell computers. We are agreeing to disagree.
