Your command syntax is OK. Using the exactly same command, only changing ISO_Files folder location, and name of ISO file saved, the command works as it should work:
Create Windows 10 ISO image from Existing Installation-image.png

I cannot reproduce your error. Only way for me to get "Access is denied" is to completely remove all rights from system and administrators to write to certain drive, R: in this sample case, but even then the error message is more complete and tells why the access is denied:
Create Windows 10 ISO image from Existing Installation-image.png

Sorry, I have no idea why you get that error.

    Part 5.5: no efisys.bin or etfsboot.com file

I created a Recovery Drive. I'm trying to create a bootable ISO from my bootable usb drive. But there's no efisys.bin in "efi\microsoft\boot" or etfsboot.com file present in the "Boot" directory of root

    Boot has:
Create Windows 10 ISO image from Existing Installation-boot.png

    efi\microsoft\boot has:
Create Windows 10 ISO image from Existing Installation-boot2.png

and there are lang folders apart from these

Hello Kari! I will say that it is awesome that you are still active on this post 4 years later, I've been a long time lurker here and made this account just to ask you this question! I went through all the steps to make an iso that has a user account already enabled for only my Home PC (PART 2) as I tend to reinstall windows once a month and I'd rather not reinstall all drivers and a few key software/debloating. I created the new ISO and everything was great, I used rufus to make the bootable iso as well. Im on 1909 18363.836, using a 1909 ISO. My problem is that i can boot from the USB and move through the installer until it asks me to pick my version of windows and no versions show up and says that none are compatible when skipping product key. If i enter my product key it says that my key doesnt match any products on the USB drive. Any tips? Maybe I should run through the process again?

    OS: Win10 Pro 1909
    CPU:i9-9900k

Any special software needed to make this ISO vs a legit microsoft ISO? Thanks so much!

Continuing from the top for some reason it will not let me edit that post. I downloaded the Release preview 18363 this time and used a different flash drive and still receiving the install error. here is a video below (:

Edit for anyone reading this head to page 38 on this thread for the answer to fix the issue. Got it fixed.

All I did was change the original command here on part 4

    Code:
    dism /capture-image /imagefile:E:\install.wim /capturedir:D:\ /ScratchDir:E:\Scratch /name:"AnyName" /compress:maximum /checkintegrity /verify /bootable

    to this

    Code:
    dism /capture-image /imagefile:E:\install.wim /capturedir:D:\ /ScratchDir:E:\Scratch /name:"AnyName" /discription:"AnyName" /compress:maximum /checkintegrity /verify /bootable

Ok so I'm dumb, I thought issue was fixed but I booted from another USB by accident, still having the issue in the video. My install.wim has a description now for sure so im unsure what to do now

    WIMLIB gives me this

    Code:
    E:\sources\install.wim

So I made a iso using this method on Hyper-V.. After trying to install the custom iso on VM , there's an error code 0x80070570.
    - Tried the fixes and solutions what I can find on the net, no luck.

    Help?
