Please try to use a Microsoft official .iso
My ISO was downloaded from TechBench by WZT (v4.1.1), which provides direct download links to official Windows ISO files.

use a tool like Rufus.exe for example in order to create the bootable device.
I have never used and will probably never use it to create a bootable Windows device.

I always download the .iso from DevicepartnerCenter. This is the Official Microsoft repository for Microsoft OEM's.
I never that this problem before (Reagentc.exe = Disabled). If you have this problem, based on what you described, this is probably related with the UEFI/Legacy (CSM) Options on your BIOS/Settings on wich you've created the bootable USB Thumb drive.

My question, is related with this tutorial here. after building the custom .iso, i get the Reagentc.exe=Disabled

I know how UEFI works, becasue i develop several custom install.wim files to use under WDS Server.
It is not normal, once you finish install Windows 10 (clean install) that your Reagentc.exe is set to Disabled... I would need more information in order to help you out properly.

In my case, i am trying to build a custom .iso with my install.wim file, and had build the .iso properly... The only problem is after installation, the Reagentc.exe is set to disabled... i am trying to understand why...

The simple solution is Reagentc /enable

I know that... but i want to understand why is not this option not Enabled by default after installation. I think i need to modify the "Reagent.xml" file under %SystemDrive%\Windows\System32\Recovery

This output is from what configuration? What .iso have you used? Did you use the tutorial here?

Man... That is what i was trying to tell you... If you perform a clean install of Windows 10, the Reagentc.exe /Info Output will be: "Enabled".

The thing here is that i am trying to build an .iso file, with my custom install.wim and i am not able to get the Reagentc.exe /Info = Enabled, after i install this custom .iso file that i've just created... Got it?
