I find that these registry files (and the program) don't work anymore. I'm assuming they worked at some point. They bork the sizes of my fonts royally. Especially when I try to revert back to what I had before. The fonts get smaller and smaller instead of going back to what they were!

I find that the font size settings in WinAero Tweaker do still work…although they are hard to find. You can't just search for "font" in the program and find the relevant settings. You have to know that icon font size affects the font of desktop icons, and then go to the Icons section and change the font size there…etc. etc. for each font you want to change.

    In terms of:

    - changing the font size of context menus, the only way to do that is enlarge everything (as has been mentioned earlier in this thread).
    - "resetting everything" -- actually, changing the size of everything (e.g. of the UI) in Windows Settings will do that! I found this out after the registry settings found in this thread made everything super-tiny, and using the 9-point registry entry did not help. Maybe it's because I'm on a small laptop and I can't function with the size of everything at 100%. It has to be larger.

I find it useful in Settings, Display to set the resolution to the Recommended value then depending on the screen size and capability of the graphics adapter I run the Scaling to 125%, 150% or 175%.

Exactly. The scaling is what I was referring to when I was talking about changing the size of the UI. Thank you for that clarification of the wording! Yes, my scaling is set to about 130%. I don't know if that's why the registry entries here don't work anymore or if its simply a matter that they're now outdated.

I don't get many choices for my 24" monitor with NVIDIA Quadro 600 display adapter but the 125% works fine for me.
