Hi Brink, Thank you for this tutorial, did not know about these settings.
Got an odd problem, under this pc it shows 62 GB used.
If i select all folders in c: and check the properties it shows 32GB size on disk.
Under cleanup (running as admin, cleanup system files) there's nothing really to clean and system restore is disabled.
However under storage i can see around 16GB in temporary files.
But again going inside the temp files section I can see nothing there.

Just to verify, were you able to scroll down to see anything else in Temporary files in your bottom screenshot?
It's not uncommon to have the Windows "C:" drive show more space being used than what you can see. This unknown space could be from restore points, previous versions of Windows, hiberfil.sys file for hibernate or fast startup, etc...
Here are some more areas below you could check to see what may be using up the drive space.
