I have to go for a bit..... if you want to explore this further, maybe a Mod could move it to your own thread, so we're not cluttering the tutorial.

    Later..........

Got an odd problem, under this pc it shows 62 GB used. Name: image.png
Views: 45
Size: 36.4 KB
If i select all folders in c: and check the properties it shows 32GB size on disk. Name: image.png
Views: 43
Size: 55.1 KB

Under cleanup (running as admin, cleanup system files) there's nothing really to clean and system restore is disabled. Name: image.png
Views: 44
Size: 25.6 KB

However under storage i can see around 16GB in temporary files. Name: image.png
Views: 43
Size: 9.7 KB

But again going inside the temp files section I can see nothing there. Name: image.png
Views: 45
Size: 55.5 KB

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hello @punchr,

Just to verify, were you able to scroll down to see anything else in Temporary files in your bottom screenshot?

It's not uncommon to have the Windows "C:" drive show more space being used than what you can see. This unknown space could be from restore points, previous versions of Windows, hiberfil.sys file for hibernate or fast startup, etc...

Here are some more areas below you could check to see what may be using up the drive space.
