Under the editing dialog next to the Post quick reply button unless you are already in advanced mode [which is indicated by having a Submit reply button instead of a Post quick reply button].

4 A comment confirming that you have not manually connected to any network since running #1 [manually connecting to a WiFi network gives I priority 1].

Perhaps the preferred one stops being available and so your connection switches to the next one and its auto-switching is not set up to allow any further changing???
