Might be able to download from here: Access Denied I did that before it came with insider build.
Unfortunately:
This application requires joining the Windows Insider Program (Home page - Windows Insider Program) and installing the Windows 10 Creators Update (Build 14800 or greater)
Open Paint 3D button here can be disabled via Registry?
Just from the context menu as far as I know so far.
Edit with Paint 3D context menu - Add or Remove in Windows 10 Customization Tutorials
Update:
Starting with Windows 10 build 17063, there is a new Product alert button on the toolbar of Paint (mspaint.exe) warning:
Thanks, Shawn. I use Paint to resize photos, so I'm glad to know it will still be available. I'm pretty sure I read that some time back, but can't remember how long ago.
Thanks Shawn.
I also don't use any kind of 'Paint' often. When I do, MS Paint does the job.
I have no idea at this time how or when I would use 3D-Paint.
