Context menu install cannot find CAB file

Win10 - I originally tried to install from CAB file using your DISM instructions and kept getting the error message that it could not find the CAB file. So I installed the context menu installer and... same error message even though I'm right clicking on the CAB file. See below. I suppose it's not surprising since the context menu is just running DISM.

    Thoughts?

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
    C:\Windows\system32>

    Hello Bruce, and welcome.

It appears the CAB file may not include a file needed to install using this method.

Ah - you think the message "The system cannot find the file specified." applies to one of the files in the CAB file... and not the CAB file itself? The CAB file was downloaded directly from MS. It was supposed to be a driver for the generic, text-only printer driver to allow me to "print" to a txt file.

It looks that way, You could try extracting the contents of the CAB file, and using Device Manager to select the folder extracted in to hopefully find and install the driver for the device.
