Interesting. Show what you have for the "RunAs" key to see if it's all there.
The Install item on the context menu now shows up. Turns out, after trying it successfully on a couple other computers, that the Default Programs .cab association was wrong, deleted it and now the Install works.
Know this is an old thread, but just hit same problem Berton had. With the file association. The culprit, in my case, is the ever-popular 7-Zip. It likes to take control of .cab, .iso, and just about anything that is extractable. So Install context doesn't show, unless you change .cab back to Explorer. Same with the Mount command for ISO's. Probably others. WinRAR may do the same, and others....not sure.
No problem here, just wanted to mention it while it was on my mind. Maybe clear up a mystery for someone else.
Cheers!

any ideas why i cant install via context menu?
Hello Klepp,
What is the .cab file for?
If this is for a Realtek driver, then the context menu won't work for it. Instead, you'll need to use the option below.
