    @pietcorus2, :)

    If you wanted Windows to automatically sign in to your account at startup, then you could use Option 1 below with netplwiz to set that up.

    If you meant the "Personalize (classic)" context menu, then you could download the updated version in the tutorial below to add it back.

    This screen with icons ,bottom right, stays for about 3 seconds ,then my account-picture appears for 2 seconds, then Im in Win10 desktop. I have on two ways (gpedit and regedit) disabled the lockscreen. The sign-in-screen we dont need either,coz Im not using password on my own machine. It takes about 2 a 3 seconds more to start up ,compared with 1607.( 7 a 9 seconds )

    Another thing what we try to fix, is the personalisation-context-menu, it was so beautifull in 1607-version, now we have this al lost ! Im seaching for solution, think I have to go to other forum-item..........

    Doing a normal restart today initiated the stupid update again and installed the cumulative update (KB4019472).
    My Win 10 is Build 14393.1198 and the latest LogonController patch v6 does not function anymore It gives me the MDS or whatever error..

    dobbelina?

    1) You should start a new thread.

    2) When you do, explain clearly what you are talking about, as it is very unclear here.

    Not sure if this is the fix I need. When the power profile turns off the monitors or some time after, the computer goes to the lock/logon screen. I have created a new power profile and change the settings that might do this, also, in the screensaver settings, I made sure the on resume, display logon setting is unchecked.

    I was looking to apply Option 2 but there is no Personalization "folder", was this removed or does it need to be added, if it needs to be added I will just download the reg file.

    Hello DTG, :)

    Correct. The "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization" key from Option 2 is not there by default.

    Maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing, but this isn't working for me. home edition 17134.165

    I'm trying to get rid of having to log on after the display is shut off for about a minute. I still get what I think is the lock screen, but most important the stupid thing makes me log on again.

    I downloaded the disable (and enable) reg files. Have rebooted.

    Hey Spokey,
    I think what your looking for is in Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen and at the bottom Screen Saver Settings. Uncheck the on resume display lock screen.
