However, is there anyhow to set this task 1 time per day at the first startup?
    Regards

As a workaround, you could have the SystemRestorePointCreationFrequency DWORD set to the default 1440 minutes to only allow an automatic restore point once every 24 hours.

Otherwise, you could use the method below to create a restore point once a day instead.

Actually my SystemRestorePointCreationFrequency is set to 0.
Do I h've to set it to 1440 hex or dec?

Correct, you would want to set it back to 1440 to limit yourself to one automatic restore point per 24 hours.

    0 would allow unlimited.

    Create_System_Restore_Point_at_Startup.bat

@Brink, according to your tutorial, I have written the above batch file, which will create a scheduled task of creating a restore point automatically at startup. A user only has to enter the account's password as shown below.

Would you consider adding it into the tutorial? The following script will delete the scheduled task.

Thank you Matthew. This has now been added as option 1 in the tutorial.

Hello, thank you very much for this discussion. I saw this option 2 on another website (I think they got it from here) and I was not getting to the part where it asked for the password. The task was even created, but with no restore point at startup.

I did a little research and managed to activate password access by running the netplwiz command. I redid the task and at the end the password was requested as shown here. So, I was able to start the machine with automatic restore points (as should be the default if MS cared) during a month. The only drawback was having to enter the password every time I turned on the computer. And that was my downfall.

I tried to remove the password requirement or edit a blank password and the automatic creation of restore points never more worked, even if I tried to reactivate the password requirement or switched to old passwords.

Run netplwiz and deselect "User must enter a user name and password to use this computer".

    Plagiarization.

As I reported in my post, the netplwiz command worked only to turn on the computer without the need for a password. Apparently, it is not possible to achieve both behaviors: access the computer without the need for a password and create restore points automatically in silent mode, that is, without having to click on anything or view the operation.
