I did double click on that registry file to add it and got the following screen.... Should I click yes? I clicked no since I was not sure.

Hello Injr,
Where did you get the WS32Time.reg file from? It's not a part of this tutorial.
You would indeed need to click on Yes to confirm merging the .reg file if that's what you wanted to do. This is the standard warning prompt with details for your approval and confirmation to merge the .reg file.
Sorry for the delay in replying Brink - been busy with Mom and didn't get a chance to get back to my computer till now.
FreeBooter posted that reg file earlier in this post - I think that it is on page one. I have not merged it since I was not sure what to do.
I can't find it now either - hmmm.... went back to my emails for replies to my post and did find it at this link Windows Time Service not running and did not update with time change It is at the bottom of that page.
Thanks, I will try that registry file since it is safe to do so. Will let you know if that resolves the issue. I certainly hope it will :)
I wonder why or how I ended up getting an email that I ended up replying to which was not my original post.

I did allow that registry file that FreeBooter posted. How do I know if that has resolved the issue with the clock in the future (since I didn't realize there was a problem until the time change last week)?
Okay, thanks. I guess I will find out in the spring
Thanks So Very Much
Hello,
Is there a registry entry for enabling/disabling the "Synchronize with an Internet timer server"?
Hello 8bithero, and welcome to Ten Forums.
There sure is. Option 5 in the tutorial below can show you more details for this.
