Check for App Updates in Windows 10 Store

    Hello Soyabeaner, :)

    Settings wouldn't be included in updates from the Store.

    It would still be a good idea to keep apps updated from the Store though. A lot of the built-in apps may still be used in the background and need to keep updated.

    By "built-in" apps do you mean the pre-installed ones like 3d Builder, App Installer, etc. that can only be uninstalled via 3rd party tools and PowerShell through your other tutorial or even deeper ones under the hood? If it's the latter then I'll leave the default options to auto-update.

    More for the Photos, Cortana, Camera, Groove Music, and Movies & TV type.

    If wanted, you could manually check for updates in the Store if you didn't want auto-update turned on.

    I don't use those apps nor plan to in the future, so I guess I'll just leave the Store app alone, but disable auto-updates. Thanks, Shawn :)
