How to Rename Account in Windows 10 Mail app

Supports Office 365, Exchange, Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo! and other popular accounts.

This tutorial will show you how to rename accounts in your Mail app in Windows 10.

Here's How:

1. Open the Mail app.

2. Click/tap on the Settings button at the bottom of the left pane, and click/tap on Manage Accounts in the Settings flyout. (see screenshot below)

3. Click/tap on the account (ex: Outlook) you want to rename. (see screenshot below)

4. Type in a new account name (ex: Brink Outlook) you want, and click/tap on Save. (see screenshot below)
