Yes, that is the case.

I have a Login Sound [ which also plays at Startup as I am the ONLY User ] in the C:\ Root, and the VBS file is in the %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsft\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\ Folder.

I know that is slightly different, because it does NOT like that for the Startup Sound, because of where it has to be set in the Scheduled Tasks via the correct Parameters.
