    hello,

it does not give access to all settings if you are running as a "normal user" even if you launch it "Run as Administrator" because Explorer is already running in normal mode..

Is there another way to get access to all settings like
    Code:
    %SystemRoot%\System32\runas.exe /user:YOUR-PC-NAME\Administrator /savecred "%ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender\MSASCui.exe"

    Hello D4ni3l, :)

What build of Windows 10 are you currently running?

If build 15046 or later, then Windows Defender settings will now be in Windows Defender Security Center instead.

    Build 14393
What I get when I use your shortcut (I run as a normal user for safety even I have admin right)
If I login as Administrator, it work as expected (I have access to all settings)
I prefer to use "run as administrator" exceptionally

I'm afraid that you must actually be signed into an administrator account to be able to change Windows Defender settings. Using "Run as administrator" will not work.
