Hi,
That's what I told you in post #1346, Matthew.
Cheers,
Can Rescue Media be installed on a second hard drive instead of on a USB stick, and be bootable from that second drive?
Then ideally I could run it by rebooting, hitting F12 and selecting that second hard drive to boot from.
If yes, then how do I install it on that second hard drive?
My PC has Win 10 Pro 64-bit on a Dell Optiplex 7010 with 16GB of RAM. It normally boots UEFI and the existing (single booting) drive is GPT.
Thanks.
You can boot a wim file off a hard disk, which seems to be what you are asking.
copy the wim to other disk and make a boot menu entry pointing at it and the sdi file.If yes, then how do I install it on that second hard drive?
Hi,
Since the system is UEFI you do not need to create a boot entry using EasyBCD or whatever.
Cheers,
