    Did you install MR Rescue to your boot menu?

    Did you try booting from the USB to confirm it work? That will be the real test.

    If you got to this forum and made a post, you are technically competent That means you know how to use YouTube and Google

    or maybe you like Boot from Usb flash drive - YouTube

    First, you use Rescue Media Builder in Macrium Reflect to create a rescue partition and any other media you wish (Flash drive, ISO, etc.):
    Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect-mr-rescue-media-builder-1.jpg
    Macrium should appear in the drop down under #2 below
