    Sounds like Macrium has not autoloaded the necessary Drivers for that Docking Station to the Rescue Disk , so it can see it on Boot, you may need to add them yourself in that case , as like others I don't have issues with my USB "Media Server" with (4) Sata HDDs in it , I even have the Macrium Rescue Disk on a 3GB Fat32 Partition on one of the Drives for UEFI Boot if needed even though I have a USB Stick as well.

    Tested again and it's working;

    I edited above post, make sure to renew your Rescue Disk too and that it has the USB 3 Driver included for the ATA/Atapi to USB 3 Bridge...
