how do i remove "macrium" option from boot screen?

    EDIT:
    Also check for:
Other Tasks -> Add Recovery Boot Menu Option in Reflect's top menu and then No Menu
I'm not sure if that option is still there as I no longer use Macrium.

    Okay it's not there!
I'm curious, what made you stop using Macrium?

In the free version I cannot get it to save backup images to SATA drive mounted in docking station let alone see that drive on boot.

Thanks for the information. For backup I was going to use a SATA HDD in a USB enclosure which should work, or in this case not work, the same as a docking station. Perhaps I should look into other imaging software.

Really? I have used SATA to USB adapters on bare drives, and USB docking station bays as well, and always been able to see them.

Macrium can see them but not on boot.

That's strange, like Simrick I've has SATA drives connected via USB adapters and a docking station which, as far as I can tell is just a fancy USB adapter, and they worked fine when connect to a booted system or already connected then boot.

Since it's free, I suggest trying it before you give up on it.

Not sure if this will help, but another person with a similar problem found this solution:
Cannot see hard drive that is in a dvd caddy when booting from Macrium Rescue Drive

Thanks again, but I just made a new rescue disk & there was no option for a boot menu. Both the KB & the user manual say to go to Other Tasks... I haven't really missed having the option though; thought I'd just try it out.
The menus changed - you are just reading out of date documentation.

Thank you. I see that now. f14tomcat's instructions in post #837 showed me where the option to add or remove is found.

Thanks for that. This seems to work for me:

So I'll stick with it for now.
