    C:\Users\Donnje\Desktop\Exclude Image or C:\Users\Donnje\Desktop\Exclude image\*.* /s

    C:\Users\Donnje\Desktop\Exclude Image or C:\Users\Donnje\Desktop\Exclude image\*.* /s
    The second one, C:\Users\Donnje\Desktop\Exclude image\*.* /s

The *.* excludes all files in the 'Exclude Image' folder and the /s says exclude files in subfolders too.

You can just use Windows copy, or if you want a more robust free third party app Teracopy is a fast copier TeraCopy for Windows - Code Sector

If you already have MR and make backups from it, You could just mount .mrimg as virtual disk and copy just most important stuff manually to another disk.
