Backups made in quick succession, top to bottom: Full, Differential and Incremental- Differential and incremental tested by restoring them.

Think that's a File Explorer, not MR.

Macrium NEVER (!) failed in backups/restoring them , to me !
Always check the backup-integrity , and always complete backups , never incremental ..............hope it will stay this way in 8-version also...........!

TAs V7 still appears to be the "Free" one will you leave the one for V7 up until V8 becomes the "Free' version?

If the release of v7 is anything to go by, then I'm not expecting Reflect Free v8 to be released for another six months or more.

There are three different versions: Macrium Software | Reflect Free
"Reflect Free" version doesn't say anything about reverting after 30 days ...... am I missing something?

They offer 2 kinds on there site ...free version and a 30 day version ....

You can D/l the Free version of Macrium Reflect V8 from there web site ....in case anyone does not know. Version 8.0.5902.0
Macrium Reflect Free downloaded executable shows it is version 8 (right in below screenshot), but when installer is run, it will install version 7 (left in screenshot).

I have contacted Paramount Software, makers of Macrium, and requested information about release date of Reflect Free version 8, will post here when I get an answer.

At the moment the only possibility to get Reflect version 8 without paying is to download a 30 day trial version of Home or Workstation editions.

In any case, I wholeheartedly recommend you geeks to spend a few bucks and get a Home license. That's money well spent, investment in your future security and peace of mind.

As always, their sales and support are really fast. Got an answer:

That would make it late August.
