    Interesting. When you close it, check in Task Manager to see if it's process (Desktop Background under Windows Explorer) may still be running in the background for some odd reason.

    Good find. That's what is causing it. I'll add a note to the tutorial now.

    Thanks a lot for this solution. I had a hard time finding the advanced theme settings on Windows 10. But this proved to be the simplest one. Everything is working fine now!
