    No, I was just reading the post about the malicious software removal program, and decided to try to run it.

    It wouldn't hurt to check step 5 in option two to see if you may have mrt.exe listed or not.

    Do you remember if you used AppLocker to block anything?

    Tried that, and there is no drop down menu under Policies for Explorer. I've never used AppLocker.

    I wish I could, but the screen is greyed out and I can't click on anything. It's a dark grey box with two options - 'Copy to clipboard' and 'Close'
