I tried it but I guess I missed some keys... Doesn't exist a PS script to take ownership of those keys?

    Hello n0mad,

I'm afraid no script for that. If you like, double check to make sure that you got them all.

    I was just making a script! :)

Here it is. Rename to .ps1

    setpermissions.txt

You need to run PowerShell as an Administrator. You may need to run:
    Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
manually first before it'll let you run this (or any) script.

This only sets the permissions. You still need to run the .reg file after.

Sorry if the attachment doesn't show up. It shows when I edit my post, but not in the thread. Maybe a mod needs to approve it?

Thanks for fixing the attachment Brink.

I should add: I put all the Wow6432Node keys in there, for 64-bit systems. If you run it on a 32-bit system, it will probably just fail on those. But those are run after the normal ones, so you should be able to ignore the failures.

Hello Quiberon, and welcome to Ten Forums.

It looks like Documents was changed in build 10122. I have updated the .reg files for Documents in the tutorial so that they will work now. Please try the new ones to see if they work for you as well. :)
it stopped working after today's update 06/08/2015

Hello Rohith, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

Be sure that you did both steps 1 and 2 in OPTION ONE for the keys of the folder(s) you want to remove.
