Glad they could help Nus, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

The Libraries tutorial for the navigation pane still works in build 10162, but I'll have to look further in the Homegroup one.
    Thanks for teh welcome.

Just to clarify, turning off libraries using the pop-up menu in the navigation pane works, but only with 'Show all folders' turned off as well.

I like to have 'Show all folders' turned so I can see Recycle Bin, Desktop, User Folder & Control Panel. I suppose using 'Quick Access' shortcuts for these would be a work around, but still, it would be cool to remove the Library with 'Show all folders' on.

    Cheers for your efforts.

Nus, the Homegroup hack did not work for me either in 10162 until I disabled Homegroup Provider and Listener in Services. as Edwin pointed out in a previous post.
That did the trick, thanks bro.

In that case, Option Four below should do that for you, but I haven't tested it in Windows 10 yet. :)

    Thank you, brother.

That works perfectly in Win 10 64bit Release 10162.

Libraries have been removed from the navigation pane regardless of whether 'Show libraries' and 'Show all folders' are ticked or not.

    Cheers

    Never mind. Tutorial works.

Looks like MS has changed reg keys, (again ) in build 10166. Old keys won't work, but there are the ones:

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{1CF1260C-4DD0-4ebb-811F-33C572699FDE}]

    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{374DE290-123F-4565-9164-39C4925E467B}]

    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{3ADD1653-EB32-4cb0-BBD7-DFA0ABB5ACCA}]

    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{A0953C92-50DC-43bf-BE83-3742FED03C9C}]

    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{A8CDFF1C-4878-43be-B5FD-F8091C1C60D0}]

    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{B4BFCC3A-DB2C-424C-B029-7FE99A87C641}]
Save as: Remove Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc on Windows 10.reg

    And:

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{1CF1260C-4DD0-4ebb-811F-33C572699FDE}]

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{374DE290-123F-4565-9164-39C4925E467B}]

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{3ADD1653-EB32-4cb0-BBD7-DFA0ABB5ACCA}]

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{A0953C92-50DC-43bf-BE83-3742FED03C9C}]

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{A8CDFF1C-4878-43be-B5FD-F8091C1C60D0}]

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{B4BFCC3A-DB2C-424C-B029-7FE99A87C641}]
Save as: Restore Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc on Windows 10.reg

    Hello Kizo, :)

I'm not sure what you mean. The keys for the user folders in your post already in the .reg files in the tutorial.

The "DelegateFolders" key in your post above is not part of the user folders, and should not be included.

The tutorial still works for me in both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 10 build 10166.

Sorry, my bad. I haven't downloaded and tested the latest one, I extracted it myself from registry, without cutting off ''DelegatFolders''.

    Corrected.

This tweak broke shortcuts to folders in start menu. For example, the Downloads folder won't open:
The item "Downloads" that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.
