Windows updates seem to reset these folders.
Is it possible to do this permanently?
Hello @5moufl, and welcome to Ten Forums.

Unfortunately, sometimes a new build (update) of Windows 10 will sometimes reset things like this back to default.

New folder "3D Objects" in latest preview build that needs to be added to the registry tweak.

Thank you @cyberrufus. Reg files have now been added for the "3D Objects" folder. :)

Slightly odd but when I restarted Explorer, all user directories had gone, but 3D Objects required a full reboot to hide.

    Hi Brink,

Still no way to hide those silly 6 folders, without affecting user's default folders (Downloads, Music, etc..).. ?

    Thanks! :)

I'm afraid not yet. It'll still remove them in the user folder group in the navigation pane as well.

However, you can still pin them to Quick access to have them there instead.

Hey Brink, i just tried something and it seems to be working!, there is that app called **REMOVED**, it have some settings/tweaks for File Explorer > Navigation Pane - Custom Items, which shows those 6 folders, i selected each folder individually, and clicked "remove selected", and now they're gone!, but just from the file explorer and not user's folder. Something kinda weird happened though, i had a BSOD "Critical Error" when i tried to restart my PC right after, but the thing is, i got a new RAM a couple of days ago, and i am still not sure if that tweak was the reason why, or the there is a problem with my PC, since i also had the same critical error yesterday on a different clean windows installation .
