Thank you Ledah. I was hoping not to have to do a separate .reg download for 32-bit and 64-bit to make it easier since it works just fine for me.
I've updated the tutorial to include separate 32-bit and 64-bit options now. :)

Just ran the .reg files above to remove pictures, videos and music from File Explorer in Windows 10 Preview Build 10162. I'm sure I followed the directions very carefully, but it did not work. Has anyone been successful with this registry edit in this build (10162)?

Hello Dave,
They still work fine for me in a clean install of build 10162.
Double check to make sure that you used the correct 32-bit or 64-bit versions that are the same as what you have installed. Afterwards, restart the computer to see if that works for you instead. :)
Hey Brother,
Thanks for the hack, worked fine with Win 10 Pro 64bit build 10162, as did the tutorial to remove OneDrive.
The tutorials, to remove Libraries and Homegroup didn't work though. Any chance you could do a hack for those too, please?
Many thanks.
Glad they could help Nus, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)
The Libraries tutorial for the navigation pane still works in build 10162, but I'll have to look further in the Homegroup one.
IMO, the Navigation Pane is too cluttered in W10.
I haven't tried your fix yet, but I'm definitely going to need to use it in the future. :)
