    if I chose 115 in the advanced options that will apparently affect all monitors. which defeats the purpose.
    What does it show in Settings for this display? If possible, post a screenshot to help see if anything may stand out.

    0xFFFFFFFF does not set to 100%, it just lowers 1 scaling factor (e.g. from 150% to 125%)
