If you added the context menu using the tutorial below, step 4 below should be able to remove it.
Open command window here - Add in Windows 10

I think that is the problem, the menu item was there before adding anything, it came with 20H2 along with "Open PowerShell window here", I can't remove either one of them.

I just did a scan on the registry for "Open command " and this was the result:
Code:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\WOW6432Node\CLSID\{858DACA2-78B4-412F-9A4E-315BBB4E1F21}] ""="Open Command Prompt as Admin Command" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Drive\shell\OpenCmdHereAsAdmin] ""="Open command (Admin)" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Directory\shell\OpenCmdHereAsAdmin] ""="Open command (Admin)" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Directory\background\shell\OpenCmdHereAsAdmin] ""="Open command (Admin)" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{858DACA2-78B4-412F-9A4E-315BBB4E1F21}] ""="Open Command Prompt as Admin Command" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\WOW6432Node\CLSID\{858DACA2-78B4-412F-9A4E-315BBB4E1F21}] ""="Open Command Prompt as Admin Command" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\OpenCmdHereAsAdmin] ""="Open command (Admin)" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\OpenCmdHereAsAdmin] ""="Open command (Admin)" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\OpenCmdHereAsAdmin] ""="Open command (Admin)" [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{858DACA2-78B4-412F-9A4E-315BBB4E1F21}] ""="Open Command Prompt as Admin Command"
If you want it, then Open command window here as administrator - Add in Windows 10
If I wanted it, I would write a script to add it.
As you have found nocmd2
, your problem was not caused by Brink's REG file.
