How to Set Outlook 2013 to Automatically Download Images and Attachments
When Outlook 2013 is first installed it is set by default in the Trust Center Settings to not download images and attachments within email bodies. This tutorial will show you how to configure Outlook 2013 to automatically download images and attachments to the body of all of your new received emails.
1: With Outlook 2013 open, click/tap on FILE
The email preview pane below shows an email preview with the default Trust Center Settings applied.
2: Click/tap on Options, the Outlook Options window will open
3: Click/tap on Trust Center
4: Click/tap on Trust Center Settings... the Trust Center Settings window will open
5: A) Uncheck the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML email messages or RSS items to disable all Outlook email and RSS Trust Center Settings
Leave Don't download pictures automatically in HTML email messages or RSS items
checked and uncheck any of the following options to set your desired permissions
6: You can now close the Trust Center Settings window by clicking/tapping OK and the Outlook Options window by clicking/tapping OK. Close and re-open Outlook and your emails will now contain downloaded images.
