It depends.

If you only need to have them "Run as administrator" and don't mind the UAC prompt, then you could use Option Nine in the tutorial below for the shortcuts to do so.

If you don't want the UAC prompt, then yeah it'll take a bit to create an elevated shortcut for each one using the tutorial on the first page here.

I'm not aware of a way to make it shorter.

However, once you create the tasks, you will be able to backup (export) and restore (import) them if needed.

I just tested this Create Elevated Shortcut without UAC prompt in Windows 10 ... It works like a charm
However, sorry to bother you again but that's not really what I was looking for.

Indeed, I'm looking for to launch cmd, regedit... directly from the "Run Dialog" or from explorer context menu (Open command window here as administrator, Open PowerShell window here as administrator) or simply from the installed apps desktop shortcut. And this, without the UAC prompt.

The only way to do that would be to disable UAC, or sign in and use the built-in Administrator account.

Those wouldn't be a good idea since UAC is a security feature to let you know and approve (Yes/No) before anything runs with administrator rights.

Taking a second to click on Yes or No for the UAC prompt is a small inconvenience compared to something (ex: malware) you don't want to run elevated without possibly even knowing.
