The computer is acting different.I have to reregister musical instruments plugins. It didn't do that before .and the Remote Procedures Call RPC is locked and grayed out and stuck in recovery as an automatic start. I think I changed something in their properties pane. I cannot set the start to manual. That's what the problem seems to be.
That's normal for Remote Procedures Call (RPC). It's protected.

As long as it's set to the default "Running" and "Automatic" like below, you should be good.

But I cannot understand why in my music production workstation(DAW) I have to manually reregister what's called plugins like virtual piano orchestra instruments etc. That happened after I fooled with the RPC..

Not sure unless some issue with the plugins. Are they working now?

Do you know exactly what you did to RPC?

I think I changed the start from manual to automatic and a window popped up and said related services will either be affected by this or will start.

    Now my Gmail won't work
CORRECTIO I just reinstalled it. And I guess I just have to reactivate those plugins..but I still don't know what caused it.

Odd. It should have been set to automatic by default.

I wouldn't think this service would have caused those glitches.

The two RPC services that I clicked on I changed from manual to automatic.
I also went to power shell (as administrator) and made windows open as administrator following some other instructions thinking that I could undo the automatic start . I went back and undid the administrator for windows, so whatever caused Gmail to fail and the Ilik plugins to reregister I don't know. When I Merged those files I got warnings but clicked on anyway.

The warning like below was just to let you know that the REG file merge failed due to not having permission to change/modify the registry keys and values.

Is there any way to delete the RPC call file from the file explorer in windows or from somewhere in windows and have the reinstall themselves?

    It's a service instead of a file.

You could do a repair install of Windows to repair Windows if needed though without losing anything.

A strange service that is called "Browser" and it does not function. Have make problems a while now in the EVENTS, no harm for the PC.
Could I delete this without bad consequences?

Have tried all kind of tricks to make it work without luck.

What is SMB1? Why Should You Disable it?
    SMB1 was disabled.
With SMB1 enabled that strange Browser service, that was terrorizing the EVENTs also disappeared.
