    Working with someone through PM. She swears it is not creating a dump file in either directory.

    Look at Event Viewer. If it's having problems creating dumps it's often logged there.

    Have them run the V2 log collector following the direction at the top of the BSOD forum.

    Honestly you saved a weekend of stressing. I haven’t the first about computers and decided to enable to verifier after a kernel error appeared. Never again. I’ll take it into someone who know what they are doing next time but this worked as I kept getting the bsod loop 😭
