I have been successfully using Office 2007 on 5 Lenovo laptops running Windows 10, and this one is the only one experiencing this problem - which started 3 days ago.

If you like as a test, see if increasing the size of the page file may help. If it got set to a low size somehow, it could cause strange issue like this.

I uninstalled Office 365, rebooted, then went to Control Panel-->Programs and Features-->(right clicked on) Microsoft Office Standard 2007-->'Change'-->Repair, let the repair run, then rebooted, and the fonts are now there - again!! This really seems to have been caused by the forced installation of Office 365 on my laptop three days ago (thank you, Microsoft). If anyone else finds this situation to be cropping up, perhaps they will want to look for Office 365 to have been installed....
Thank you for such quick replies and your help.

Hello cristiu2, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

You could just save the .bat file to your desktop if you like. Afterwards, right click on it, and click/tap on "Run as administrator".

I tried running your Rebuild_Font_Cache.bat file but all I got was a pile of errors.

Don't know what to do now.

    Hello mate,

Just to verify, did you use "Run as administrator" on the .bat file?
