    Do you mean the account is not listed under Accounts used by other apps if added like below?

    It is listed there, but does not have a dropdown menu until you click the link in "your info". I forgot if you're able to remove it either.

    Terrible advice. You can reset password using MS account - you need a phone number as well. Anyway, just select to login and use a PIN!
