    onedrive.exe is now installed in each user's appdata folder. I noted I had to reinstall OneDrive for each user account.

    I'll have to test to see if using the Personal Vault as @Farvatten posted may be the issue.

    I just tested, and the OneDrive.exe file changed to Program Files after setting up Personal Vault.

    I have both locations in the tutorial now since there may be other actions to cause it to change locations.
